1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Game Me Puzzles iOS app (“the App”) and this informational website handle information. It applies to all six games included in the App: Gloop Stack Panic!, Zapoodle!, Color Link, Word Trail, Grid Shift, and Pulse Pong.
2. Information handled by the App
The App does not ask you to create an account or directly provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, or payment information.
The App saves gameplay information—such as high scores, recent scores, levels, chains, words, move counts, and other progress—locally on your device using Apple’s UserDefaults API. This local information is used only to remember your progress and preferences. We do not receive it.
3. Tracking, analytics, and advertising
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show interstitial advertisements at some natural breaks between levels. Ad requests are configured for non-personalized treatment, publisher first-party ID is disabled, and the App does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission.
The App uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request and store advertising privacy choices where required. Ads are requested only when that platform reports that an ad request is permitted. If privacy options are required in your region, the App displays a Privacy Choices control so you can review or change them.
Google’s advertising and consent SDKs may process technical information including IP address and coarse location, device or app identifiers, ads viewed, interactions with the App or an ad, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics. Google describes using this information for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and SDK operation. Some information may be linked to a device. 4. Website information
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, account systems, or contact forms. When you visit, the hosting provider, Microsoft Azure, may automatically process standard technical request information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and timestamp—to deliver and secure the site. That processing is controlled by Microsoft under its applicable terms and privacy practices; Game Me Puzzles does not add analytics to or build visitor profiles from that information.
5. Sharing and selling information
We do not sell or rent your gameplay information, and locally stored gameplay progress is not shared with third parties. The technical advertising information described above may be transmitted to and processed by Google and participating advertising providers to deliver and measure ads.
6. Data retention and control
Gameplay progress remains on your device for as long as the App’s local data remains there. You can remove it by deleting the App or clearing its data through options Apple makes available on your device. Because gameplay progress is not sent to us, we cannot view, export, or delete it remotely.
Advertising privacy choices are stored by Google’s consent SDK. Google and advertising providers retain technical advertising information under their own retention policies and applicable law. Where available, use Privacy Choices in the App to review or change consent selections.
7. Children’s privacy
The App does not ask children or other users to create an account or directly submit personal information. Advertising is limited to Google’s general-audience content rating. Parents or guardians who have questions about a child’s use of the App or advertising privacy choices should contact us using the method below.
8. Email communications
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to your question, support request, or feedback. Please do not send passwords, device identifiers, or other sensitive personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App or website changes. The effective date at the top will show when the latest version took effect. Material changes to data practices will be reflected here.
